Showcasing new technology at one of the industry's most respected shows

The 2026 Keystone Farm Show brought Pennsylvania’s agricultural community together for three days of innovation, networking, and business-focused farming insights at the York Fairgrounds in York, PA. As one of the largest regional farm trade events of the year, the show attracted farmers, producers, and ag-industry professionals to show and explore the latest tools, technologies, and services shaping modern agriculture. In attendance was Waterborne’s Outreach Lead, Martha Gerig, who manned our booth and showcased our latest webtool.

At the Waterborne booth, Martha showcased an agricultural conservation web application that helps support the soil, water, and wildlife conservation goals of Pennsylvania farmers, ranchers, and landowners. This webtool allows a landowner to self-select their field on a digital map and identify particular concerns around sediment erosion and nutrient loss. The tool utilizes the best available geographic and soil data to narrow down what NRCS conservation standards (i.e., BMPs) would best suit the land characteristics of a particular plot and conservation goals.  Additionally, the web application offers contact information for technical experts at the local and county level, serving as the liaison between producers and the resources that can help them thrive. As Keystone attendees passed by the Waterborne booth, they were given the opportunity to use the webtool to navigate to their fields, input their resource concerns, and understand the tool recommendations for their particular plot.

The 28th annual show featured more than 400 exhibitors spread across eight buildings and outdoor displays, showcasing everything from cutting-edge machinery and precision ag technology to animal health, seed suppliers, insurance services, and financial products for farm businesses.

  • New Faces & Fresh Innovations: Over 70 new exhibitors made their debut in 2026, adding fresh options for attendees to evaluate and bringing new ideas and partnerships into the regional agricultural marketplace.
  • Educational Opportunities: In addition to browsing product displays, farmers and ag professionals accessed industry insights, live demonstrations, and certification offerings — including sessions like pesticide certification through Penn State Extension — to help them meet both regulatory requirements and operational goals for the coming year.
  • Special Sessions: The show also hosted focused events such as organic dairy information sessions where producers could learn about transitioning to organic production and connect with processors and experts in that rapidly evolving segment.
  • Strong Attendance: The three-day event ran from January 6 through January 8, with steady farmer attendance and lots of hands-on interaction on the trade floor.

The Keystone Farm Show remains essential for farmers looking to stay competitive by accessing the latest equipment, services, and industry expertise in one place. With its focus on practical solutions — from machinery and agronomy inputs to financial and technical support — Waterborne was honored to present at an event that catalyzes informed decision-making and business growth heading into 2026.
